Golden India Group headquartered in Chennai was created with the sole objective of contributing to the growth of New India. Golden India was founded in the year 2002 by the founder Mr. Radha Mohan after being in the Real Estate sector and Infrastructure development for the past 30 years.

Along with these projects the company is also actively providing services in the shipping and logistics industry. Mr. Radha Mohan started his career as a trader in commodities. He entered into real estate business in the year 1982 and has successfully identified a new business opportunity in developing housing colonies for employees of Public Sector companies including Banks and LIC.

During 1984 he started a new company Dharani Estates and acquired huge land banks, over 300 Acres in all the promising developing area of Tamil Nadu including Porur, Sriperumbudur, Mahabalipuram, Tiruvallur and Arakkonam. He also extended his business operations in other states including Bangalore on the land acquired in Hosur. He has traded in over 400 Acres of in Bangalore by developing residential plots in Hosur.

Mr. Radha Mohan has entered into manufacturing sector by entering into a long term supply of bi-cycles component to M/s. Murugappa Group and successfully became the top most single vendor with more than 40 Crores turn over. He was forced to come out of the operations due to change in business model of cycle business.

Golden India have acquired 700acres of land in tuticorin and they have planned to develop a industrial estate in tuticorin district the company is also in the process of acquiring another 1000acres of land in the potential and developing area in Tamil Nadu.
